An attractive small tree that is native to South Africa. Slender, drooping branches sit atop a multi-stemmed trunk. Leaves are entire and two-lobed. Flowers are yellow with a maroon center: an important pollinator tree, yellow bauhinia flowers throughout the year. Daily maintenance is minimal.
