Family: Arecaceae
Native to Fiji, this palm enjoys sunny, well-drained soils. It does best in tropical climates like Miami and Southern California. It can reach heights of 80 feet in those areas but are usually around 35 feet. It is tall, solitary and slender and in the summer is bears yellow flowers and red fruit.
